History

Ersilia was founded in November 2020 as a non-profit organisation (charity) with the Charity Commission of England and Wales. In 2023, Ersilia was established as a Foundation in Catalunya, Spain. Since 2024, the catalan Foundation continues the work of Ersilia and the UK-based branch of the organisation has been closed down. We work at the intersection between academia, pharma industry, start-ups and other non-profit ventures.
